9, a new CGI movie starring 9, voiced by Elijah Wood, is based on a short film of the same name and tells the story of a puppet-like creature created at the beginning of the end of the world and tasked with ensuring the future...somehow.
Tim Burton and Timor Bekmembatov (Wanted, Day Watch, Night Watch) are producers and it's directer by Shane Acker.
I'm not going to ruin it for you. Just look for it in theaters on 9/9/09.
